What we collect
- Details you send through our forms: your name, email address, book title, link to your book, genre, chosen format and your message.
- Emails you send us, and your answers to our editorial prompts.
- If you choose the Voice Session Track, the recording or notes of your 15-minute conversation.
- Public information about your published book, such as its title, cover and description.
How we use it
- To reply to your messages and preview requests.
- To write your feature and design your press layout.
- To publish your feature, only after your written approval.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a newsletter. We do not have one.
Who else sees it
- Our forms are processed by Netlify, the service that hosts this website.
- If you approve your feature, its approved text is sent to USA Wire for publication.
- Nothing else is shared with third parties unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
If you decline your draft, your files are deleted. If your feature is published, we keep the records needed for the published work and your agreement. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us not to contact you again. Email hello@thebookmonger.online.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your light or dark display preference is stored in your own browser. Embedded sample players are provided by Google Drive, which may set its own cookies when you use them.
